 Low pressure blowers are used for higher air flow and better energy efficient in VPSA systems.
 Vacuum pump used for the regeneration to molecular sieves.
 Since VPSA systems work on low pressure, It deliver Oxygen at a pressure of up to 1.3 kg/cm2.
 Whenever Customers requiring higher pressure will need to opt for a booster compressor downstream of the VPSA system.

PSA based oxygen generators are most suitable for flow up to 150 – 200 Nm3/hr.

Oxygen Purity :-
Can be generate at 90- 93 % purity with balance inert gases present in atmosphere.

Oxygen Pressure :-
Oxygen can be generate at 4.5 to 5.0 Kg/cm2 g pressure by PSA modules directly without any booster

Dew Point :-
Generally our Oxygen generator deliver dry gas up to (-) 40 to (-) 50°C. We offer online measuring instrument to measure dryness of gas.

Oxygen is generated by PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption technology). The Atmospheric air contains of 20-21% oxygen. In this system there are two towers filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieves & Activated Alumina extract the oxygen from air. Both towers are inter-connected with change over valves.

Cryogenic Oxygen Plants working principle based on fractional distillation for generation of high purity Oxygen. Atmospheric air sucked by an air compressor and sent into the air purification unit where impurities such as moisture, hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide are removed. Afterwards the air is passed through heat exchangers where it is cooled to cryogenic temperatures. At this point, Oxygen is directed into the high pressure distillation column where Oxygen is physically separated from other gases and is formed at the bottom of the column at (-) 185°C.
